Vulcan is pleased to announce the success of the following delegates on the course held in Northampton from 5-9 October 2015
Vulcan is pleased to announce that all delegates who attended the Fire Manager Advanced Diploma course held in Glasgow last month were successful in the course examinations and now have 6 months in which to submit their minimum of 10,000 word projects.
Graham Holloway, managing director of Vulcan Fire Training and former senior fire officer, explains why fire safety management is a great career choice for ex-service personnel.
An in-house Fire Risk Assessor Course (Fire Manger Module 1) was held in London for employees of Marks and Spencer who are in the process of taking both the Fire Manager and Advanced Diploma courses.
Fully trained fire marshals/fire wardens are needed to be responsible for maintaining calm and discipline in an emergency. Each storey should have one fire warden/marshal for each exit on that storey.
Vulcan Fire Training are supporting next week’s Fire Door Safety Week (14th to 20th September), which is aiming to raise awareness of the critical role of fire doors, drawing attention to specific issues, such as poor installation and maintenance.
Vulcan held a Fire Manager Advanced Diploma Course in Northampton in June and the following delegates successfully passed the exam course. They now have 6 months to complete a Fire Safety Management Project in order to be awarded the Diploma.
