I found the 3 courses very beneficial in the role which I fulfil for the Council, the method of learning and delivery was informal and easy to understand. I attended the course to ensure I was up to date with current legislation and guidance. The course instructor was very knowledgeable and had a certain way of conveying information that made it stick.
The course was very precise and covered all areas. It wasn’t an easy course and you had to have good levels of concentration. But if you want a Fire Manager Advanced Diploma, it’s got to be done.
