Vulcan give praise to Fire Risk Assessor delegates who completed the course in Glasgow

28th March 2018

Vulcan are pleased to announce the success of yet another team of fantastic delegates who completed our Fire Risk Assessor course in Glasgow.

Success for FRA delegates in Glasgow

The following delegates passed the course with flying colours and thank you for the great testimonials:

  • David Barber, Director, DJB Enterprises
  • Wayne Howatt, Director, Keegans Ltd – “Very good course, will be sending more people on it. The trainer was first class.”
  • Robert Jackson, Health & Safety Rep, First Glasgow
  • Joanne McCaul, SHE Advisor, Morgan Sindall
  • David Picker, Health & Safety Trainer, NHS Western Isles – “Excellent tutor and group. The course was excellent.”
  • Ian Watson, Managing Director, IGW Associates Ltd – “Excellent course, well presented and would highly recommend to others.”

The Fire Risk Assessor is a highly practical 5 day in-depth course with multi-media presentations, working on plan drawings and practical exercises, using software and laptops provided; held on a public or in-house basis for up to 12.

The course forms part of the Fire Manager Certificate giving delegates the opportunity, at a later date, to enhance their knowledge and to be able to apply for Fire Technician grade with the Institute of Fire Safety Manager (IFSM) or Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) subject to validation.

We look forward to seeing some of them again for the Managing Fire Safety course (second part of the Fire Manager Certificate) in September and wish them the best of success in their Fire Risk Assessor role.
