I did enjoy the course. The trainer was great and proves that you can take a very easy, informal approach to training and get the message across. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with us all, answering all our questions and as we were a right mixed bunch those questions were all very different and came from people with very different skills base and varying degrees of previous knowledge. I've worked in Health & Safety for over 15 years and it's very rare courses are as enjoyable as the trainer made this course. And .... because I enjoyed it I'm sure I learnt more! I would just like to thank everyone else in Vulcan whom I spoke with over the weeks arranging this training, for their very kind assistance and help.
