Fire Training Course Dates for 2022 Announced

18th November 2021

This year has proved to be a busy one for the team here at Vulcan Fire Training and as 2021 draws to close, our Fire Safety Training courses have now been announced for 2022.

As stated in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005, businesses are legally required to provide adequate training, information and instruction for nominated individuals with fire safety responsibilities. Failure to provide training and implement correct fire safety procedures can lead to disastrous consequences.

With the remaining course dates for 2021 now fully booked and spaces filling quickly for 2022, we take a closer look at some of the courses we offer, venues and upcoming dates for next year.

This course provides management the opportunity to improve fire prevention practices within the workplace. Delivered in-house at your company premises, this course can also be tailored to different industries some of which include construction, healthcare or schools. The full list can be found here. Suitable for up to 15 delegates per session, we provide the projector, laptop and screen for presentation, all we require is a training room large enough to accomodate the number of attendees and an outside area for the practical element.

Fire Extinguisher and Awareness Training

This in-house course is held at your business premises throughout the UK and is available for up to 20 delegates per session with up to 3 sessions in one day. To facilitate the course we require a training room large enough to accommodate the number of attendees and an open area with flat ground the size of 4 car parking spaces to set up the simulator. Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to understand the causes of fire, be aware of the various types of extinguisher and what fires they are used for and also feel confident to tackle a small fire within the workplace.
