IFSM Membership

Great news! A selection of delegates who have previously attended our courses have gained/upgraded their membership with the IFSM, and we would like to wish them many congratulations.
The Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) is a professional body of highly respected individuals and companies helping to raise the awareness of fire safety at a local, national and international level. In addition they promote fire prevention and fire protection with the aim to reduce the risk from fire as far as reasonably practicable.
Vulcan Fire Training were the first training organisation to be awarded Approved Centre status in 2006 for the IFSM. Those who attend the Fire Manager course are able to apply to the Institute at Fire Technician grade and those who pass the Fire Manager Advanced Diploma Course up to Member grade subject to validation and meeting the Institutes criteria for membership.
